Community & Social Impact
How Symph gives back.
The main way we contribute is through the work itself. Symph builds startups that solve problems affecting human life, and the products we build map to UN Sustainable Development Goals, in areas like health, education, and financial inclusion for Filipino communities.
Growing local tech talent
We run an internship programme (our Sympherns) that trains young Filipino technologists, and we host and take part in tech community events, talks, and hackathons, sharing what we know with local developers and students.
Local and Indigenous communities
As a remote, digital company we have no physical operations, sites, or supply chains that disturb local or Indigenous communities. Where our products reach communities, we design for access and benefit.
