📔 When we need it and why

We request overtime when our team is stretched thin to hit a critical project deadline.
PMs identify the need and get approval from the Account Executive to proceed.
Overtime pay can reach 3x of your hourly rate. We value your extra effort.

👩🏽‍💻 Qualifications

By default, you will be considered by the project manager to render overtime if, for the last 4 weeks, you:
Did not get sick
Submitted a total of 40 accomplishments

🔃 The Process

The project manager will talk to you if you are considered to do the overtime work. Once the agreement is finalized, you will agree on the schedule.
You will submit accomplishments for the OT blocks in SymphOS.
You will answer the Form.
The release of your overtime pay will be during the next payday. Your accomplishment and OT tracker entry must be sent 2 days before payroll so it's included in your next payroll.

❓FAQs

What if I personally choose to go beyond 8 hours working in a day, do I get overtime pay?
We appreciate the hustle, but only pre-approved OT earns extra pay.
Stick to the 8-hour workday. That's how we stay sharp and avoid burnout.
Heroic solo efforts can't replace a well-rested, collaborative team. Protect your personal time.
